Meant to say 1-2-1. Never flown Emirates, but it I thought it was just like staggered AZ (the only other staggered C I've been on before), and for sleeping way better than lie-flats like on LH or AFKL.
Those single seats with the table next to the aisle are ideal for travelling alone on flights - nobody next to you, no bumping into your seat.
