In what context? There will still be planes in service with OF for some time to come. In particular for the older Mid J 747s it could be years.
Given that the initial 787 deliveries will be used to replace the LH 767s any route that currently uses them would be a reasonable bet but not until 2013 at the earliest. Note that these will not have First at all, though the possibility of 787-10s or maybe even 787-9s fitted with First later on hasn't been ruled out.
