It takes about 4-6 weeks to get a new pin sent, to a new address. It requires proof of identity to be sent in, proof of current address, proof of CO#, and MP#, and THEN they will send you a new pin. My SO is still waiting, that was 30 days ago we sent it in. Strange thing is, we both just got the card in the mail with both MP and CO# listing our CURRENT home address
Yes, I had a mailing with both MP and OP accounts with my current home address, too! Luckily, my husband has only the MP account, so he doesn't have this problem of linking them together.

Instead of calling OP customer service, I ended up calling reservations instead. I got an agent within minutes, and all I had to do was verify an extremely old address. I had moved twice since that. The agent told me that I had 0 miles, so it wasn't really worth linking until I told him that I heard that my OP number was the one that survives the merger, so he realized that it was definitely worth linking--he forgot that this was going to happen--and transferred me to OP CS where the hold time was over 30 minutes!

I hung up because all I needed was my OP#. Once the agent told me that, I could log in myself and update all my information. I'm ready for the merger now, and I already have a MP credit card to keep my miles from expiring.
