A few wondering questions:
Can you get a fare that is posted on aa.com when calling AA (obvisiously, if you are not EXP you are going to pay the TA fee)? And for example, lets say you have a cheap JFK/LAX fare and want to buy a second seat (fare) to have a row to yourself for comfort. Will AA still allow you to buy a second seat and block that seat or must you need the additional space only because of you cannot fit into a single seat.
