Checking in bags for a flight on the next day
I just picked up two pieces of luggage here in YYZ that I am bringing to HKG tomorrow, the agent said I can't check in for tomorrow's HKG flight even though my stay in YVR is less than 24 hours. She said I have to wait until tomorrow to check in.

Anyone know whether that's true? I really don't want to drag the boxes back (they're product samples so no need for me to bring them home).

If someone know the answer to this within the next 20 mins before I board, that'll be great, then I could try again when I arrive into YVR.
