But even when it is 'working' its still rubbish. As MrSoft states above there are too many prompts and clicks to get the results. The process isn't clear to bring back the results either (unless you have got the hang of it - but it should be user friendly from the start). And it doesn't seem to accept airport codes.
It's gone from very easy to use functionality (pre Avios) to some clever dick java based buggy rubbish.
Amazed BA haven't kept the old screen as an option. At least until they had successfully embedded the new screens.
