A large amount of saturated fat, tons of sodium, large portions... combined with travelers who don't exercise.
Tip 1
Always find a way to exercise when traveling. It's tough, but find something that works for you
Tip 2
Drink 8 oz (approximately 250 ml) of water every 30 minutes while in flight
Tip 3
If you have to eat airline food, eat half of what they serve you. This is NOT a place where you should clean your plate
Tip 4
Always thank the cabin crew for a nice flight. In the vast majority of cases they are doing the best they can with what they have. Plus, you'll feel better for complimenting someone
Rolls eyes.... yeah yeah we know. I still want better food.
