usually once per trip, when there's not a dedicated crew lane, and we have to line jump, I get people who say something like "maybe you should get in line... why do you get to cut?... etc" and have even had a couple people go crazy and try to literally push us back.. My response is always "without us, your flight doesn't go anywhere."
