Seeing the seats recline, I see no problem with it. If the airlines didn't want you to recline, they would make all the seats non reclineable. I have seen signs on WN planes that says something like "seats do not recline" (I think it would be the row in front of the exit row) and on Delta there is an * on their seat map for seats that have limited recline when you chose your seats.

I think people should be considerate though and not just push the seat back full force force as fast as they can. When I recline my seat I try to be considerate and recline very slowly incase someone is using their laptop or has a drink on their tray table. I think if airlines put the tray tables in all the seats that woud help as well. I find people behind me putting their feet on the seat backs or grabbing my seat when they get up to be more annoying than the person in fonrt of me reclining.
