Don't you mean that the Lower Deck Economy Class seats have a 3-4-3 configuration and the Upper Deck is 2-4-2 for Economy Class. Cause even 3-5-3 is a painfully narrow seating already, even for the smaller framed Asians, including the Chinese and boy are the Chinese themselves getting wider too.
