I've separately posted frustration at BA spending X amount of IT time and effort on a naff new system and failing to fix some well known bugs and flaws in the old system.
When you can't even properly book BA flights its really poor, when you can't book OW its (IMO) less poor, and partners slightly less. A phone call is needed by and large ... which must be wasting agents' time and costing BA a fair sum.
