I called AE today, and the agent said I need to find a way to shorten BKK-AKL. I thought this would be OK because it is a "published route on SQ". Apparently, I'm fine up to BKK and also for the way home from SYD. I'm just not finding any availability to shorten those 3 segments without going through SYD twice which is not allowed. Anyone have any other suggestions, other than hang up and call again, which is what I'm about to do!
