I did the AC 773 YVR-SYD.

It was OK, BUT what is your waist size. I am 38" and felt very constrained by a seat I thought was too narrow. There is a little cut-out on the arm rest that can be raised that may add another 2 inches, but I had a lot of troubles sleeping (on my side) because I felt very 'boxed-in'. The CO seat is much better if you are 'wider' as the entire arm rest can be lowered completely, leaving a feeling of 'unlimited' space if you are in an aisle seat. I thought CO food was slightly better, overall.
