I can echo this sentiment. I was looking at JFK-FCO via FRA on SQ in J and now can't find anything. Punching myself I didn't jump on this. I guess we are SOL? I'm still seeing availability on LH, but I assume that incurs heavy YQ. There is also space on Austrian (no YQ), but I have a feeling this is perceived as an inferior J product, yes?
OS also has had YQ since 12/1.
Historically, SQ J/F availability has been limited. It's reasonably easy to imagine the horde of FlyerTalkers taking advantage of this "promotion" have taken a lot of the long-haul SQ J seats that were available in the next few months.
