I have flown them to RKD with no issues, my Mom recently flew them from RKD to BOS connecting to ORD. In Mom's case it was a JetBlue ticket. One good thing is that they are both in Terminal C of Logan so connections should be easy....unless your JetBlue flight comes into one of the other sides of Terminal C in which case I believe you will have to go through security again.
