I actually thought the photos looked bad! Well not bad, but not great.

I think this is a great idea, but ....
1) What if it's a last minute flight? No dice. You have to order at least 48 hours in advance.
2) What are the chances DL catering screws this up. How many refunds will they have to process when someone didn't get what they ordered?
3) The upgrade thing sounds like this wasn't totally planned out. Essentially you're paying for your first class meal if you get the UG at the gate.

Just some food for thought.
