To those of us who had an automatic system and thus have lost the ability to log in, because we had no reason to log in every month, it looks like we can close the account by sending a letter to...what address? Would you mind posting it here? Thanks. You did better than me, all I've got out of BankDirect thus far is a fax number, and it sounds like a fax is not good enough.

The two addresses on their site are:

I'm guessing the street address is better for closing the accounts. But it's just a guess?

Hi there, I noticed that form FlyerTalk site, it said that "Beginning January 1, 2012 there will be a $12 monthly fee for all Mileage Checking Accounts regardless of balances." That is very upsetting to me. I decided that I will close my account on Jan. What is the process to close my account? how long will it take and is there any fees associate with it? Thanks!
