And even if I recheck the boxes - when I click through onto the actual flights it has reset to 1 Adult.

On the verge of phoning to book but don't want to pay the offline extra.
Don't use the mad new map thing with its quite horrific functionality, just use the "book flights with avios" link, it worked fine for me booking a 2-4-1 back on 16th Nov.
