Ever since the BA website was updated to the new Avios - I have been having massive difficulty trying to book redemptions - especially using my Amex 121 vouchers.

Firstly the availability map - is there any way to change it so that it will look for more than just the default setting of 1 Adult?

Secondly - when using the normal booking screens - if I tick all 3 of us who are on the household account - then click through to availability it has always unchecked the other two and only shows availability for 1 person. I have tried this on about 10 different routes in all classes and the same thing happens every time.

And even if I recheck the boxes - when I click through onto the actual flights it has reset to 1 Adult.

On the verge of phoning to book but don't want to pay the offline extra.
