I do agree that some (definitely not all) cabin crew turn a blind eye to passengers ignoring safety announcements when they are in CW or First. I regularly see passengers stowing luggage or visiting the loo, long after the seat belt sign comes on and announcements are made to prepare for landing.
Partly this will be down to the type of person who travels in premium cabins. I am sure you do encounter a higher % of arrogant, selfish, DYKWIA types.
But when it comes to safety issues, crew should firmly apply the rules irrespective of cabin.
