I should have said something at the time, you are right. But I must admit to finding it difficult: You are going to have to spend the rest of your flight with an atmosphere potentially. And I have to say you would have been hard pressed to have not heard 'Hooray Henry' shouting "the brakes on this plane are a bit noisy" (747 with F right above the front wheel I guess). And the case was left so the crew were stepping over it as they rounded up the final glasses during taxi.

I really don't think I am being harsh when I say the crew were turning a blind eye.
