This is crazy. Me, with my beginner English, always help any tourist who asks me something (like directions on where to buy bus ticket) on street. I even helped German-speaking tourists even though I know like 10 words in that language (I answered in something that was more sign language than German ).

Seriously, how can someone working at the airport do something like this?
