Are you planning on paying for the rooms yourself? If so then you will get the points for all rooms. I regularly put clients up in the Birmingham CP, pay for the rooms myself and get points for every room. I assume that this isn't unique to CP Birmingham.

I would call the GM at the hotel and discuss with them. If you're getting married at the weekend and you are staying in a town that isn't a tourist destination, then you should be in a good position to negotiate a large discount.

As far as I know, Meeting Rewards are only given if you take out the meeting package, i.e. hire a meeting room.
