Were the names matching?
Did a transfer on 11/29 for a big amount mismatching names, yesterday I got four times 1k in the DL account as 4 separate conversions that’s it!
Called BMO what’s going on, they say it has to do with the promo, I’ll have to wait,
Its now a week still no points.
This bank is so incompetent
