REALLY???? That would be grossly inappropriate and totally outside of protocol. It is true that in the future all might be "premier access" which is CO's model (currently called Elite Access). This is the great fear that status won't matter - that all "premier access" will be treated the same - it is NOT suppose to be that way.
I have a hard time believing on an international flight they called CC over GS, 1K, First/BF/B, etc.
