Your linked map shows most (but not quite all) of the continent of North America. The United States of America is only one of the countries shown and it, like Mexico, has no legislated official language. Canada, however, has two; English and French. I believe Honduras has legislated its official language as Spanish, but I don't know offhand about any of the other countries shown and can't be bothered to Google them.
