From what I see in your profile, you are a Delta Skymiles Platinum. You are then entitled Skyteam Elite Plus benefits like any other international Skyteam flight.

There is no E+ service a la Delta on Air France, Premium Voyageur featuring a totally different seat, marketed separately.
Air France allows you to upgrade to Premium Voyageur or Affaires with miles from an eligible fare class.
Op-ups can happen, especially on this flight that has been having great loads recently.
