I would concur with the utility of the local travel office in finding these types of accommodations...just not really in their wheelhouse, at least at my agency.

Nevertheless, a list of this type would be very helpful as I also tend to do my own legwork. I have booked GOV rates at Ritz Carlton but I have yet to run across any at 4S.
