Can someone Private Message me telling how to close my account? Still can't get in touch with them. They also did not send out this month's statement to either me or my husband. I read the part about how they were compromised and intruders got into their account, but why does this mean that even account holders themselves can't see into their account? If I knew my balance, I could just write a check and close the account that way, correct? Does anyone know why this wouldn't work? Thanks, I'm really getting worried.
