Usually they call in another car from the next closest location. I've had to wait a few minutes for them to get it, but usually they throw in a bunch of junk. You should probably drop a line to corporate. Problems like these sometimes happen and are forgivable, it's the manner in which they handle it that makes or breaks the situation.
