I've done multiple searches regarding my question, but haven't found an answer yet.
I'm trying to change the date of an itinerary I booked online... I can click all the way through to the search for new date page, but it always comes back with an error saying that one or more flights in my itinerary is not available for the new date. However, I know this isn't true, because I can see that they are all available in the regular award search engine. I've tried this for multiple dates throughout the year, all of which were showing available. But the date change engine always comes back with no availability.
I will probably just end up calling in and doing the change over the phone, but also request that they waive the change fee since it's supposed to be free online (I booked before 11/16).
Maybe this has something to do with the fact that my itinerary spans 2 days, and one of the flights leaves evening and arrives next day?
Has anyone else experienced this?
