Eek. Don't go to Plaza Mayor in Madrid, Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, Piazza della Signoria in Florence, etc..

The most annoying street performer I ever encountered was an overzealous dragon in Krakow's Main Market Square. The dragon guy is there regularly but this particular day the guy wouldn't stop following my wife and I!
