Anyone else seen the new Explorer ad? It looks like it's paid for by Chase, not United. I was sitting around in the family room at the LAX T7 UC and it came on.

Basically, a guy and his friend are both travelling, and the friend who doesn't have the Explorer card has to pay a baggage fee, wait in a long security line, doesn't get space to stow his carry-on (if I remember correctly, not 100% sure), and finally gets on the plane after the first guy is comfortably seated.

Makes me feel like all United cares about is the card in our wallet, not whether or not we actually buy tickets from them.
