Those numbers do not indicate spare seats. They indicate Qantas are willing to sell high cost tickets to passengers who may wish to travel on the flight at short notice - they are predicting some booked passengers may change their bookings or not show up.

If no changes occur and all show up, some are going to be denied boarding. I would suggest checking in early.
