I believe the agent took your BP, typed on her PC and printed a new BP for you. You didn't notice this? You didn't notice that LH*G (rather than BD*S)
was stated on your new BP?
As you most likely noticed you needed to scan the bar code on your BP in order for the "doors" to open to enter the lounge area. If a *A Gold card was not registered when the BP was printed, the bar code does not reflect that you are *A Gold and the doors will not open. This is a new (enhanced?) feature of the new TK lounge at IST. The agents at the entrance of the lounge will not open the doors manually for you, so you would never have gotten into the lounge area unless you received a new BP reflecting you LH*G status.

I agree with the previous answers: just forward the BPs and your itinerary to BD. If your BP states LH*G your request for BD miles will be denied and you can forget it.
