Do you have a boarding pass with BD*S on it? If so, send the required documentation for a missing mile request to BD without any further long story at all and let them deal with it by the foreseen missing mileage procedures. It was neither your fault nor your initiative but simply an unauthorized activity by TK. Telling stories and asking questions can make things more difficult, simply following the procedures can make things easy and may result in double miles.
