1) Above average.

2) Doesn't really matter to me; each aircraft has best seats. Use Seatguru.com or SeatExpert.com to identify your best seats. BA does not allow advance seat selection on cheapest fares.

3) T5 at LHR is probably the nicest LHR terminal and BOS term E is nice for BOS but BOS isn't a nice airport.

4) In premium economy, I would say yes, Virgin is better. Just economy, I would choose BA.
