Not to beat a dead horse but in my three calls to CO, each time they called the integration desk and I still couldn't upgrade using a CR-1.

And, yes, the website says HNL flights in 2012 will be upgradeable using CR-1and I have no reason to doubt this.

But call me dubious so I'll just wait and see.
