So... never having received a response from OPSC to my email asking about lifetime miles for pre-2012 FlexEQM applied after 2011 I called.

CSR at OPSC said yes, pre-2012 FlexEQM will apply to lifetime miles regardless of when applied. I'm trying to get that in writing.

Update: after a LONG time on hold after asking for this in writing, the CSR came back and retracted her earlier statement and basically said the answer is unknown and she would escalate.
