I'm seeing the Presidential Plus for Business (not the regular Presidential Plus card) and on the application, seeing OnePass Plus. While annoying, someone should see it's the wrong card and ask. If I'm applying for Presidential Plus and I see OnePass Plus, I'd think something's up and contact Chase first.
I feel for you and agree that it's not fair. It is a bait and switch.
Unfortunately, Continental won't be able to help you with the card since Chase issues it.
You have to work with Chase. Call them and ask for a manager. You should also write to them using the secure message system.
I suspect that they will tell you that they can't do anything except cancel the card and have you reapply for the Presidential Plus card. They have a policy that states that are not allowed to "upgrade" cards (or increase fees) within the first year.
You might also want to contact the Better Business Bureau or your state consumer protection agency. This is a classic bait and switch, even it was done unwittingly on their part.
On the bright side, you will get a 30,000 mile bonus for the OnePass Plus card and you can still apply for the Presidential Plus, although you should wait at least 30 days.
