Sometime this winter season (if it bloody snows!
) I'll be returning a car to GVA, having hired it in France. It's therefore cheaper to return the car to the French side of the airport, but I'm not sure how easy it is then to transfer to the Swiss side.
The slight irony is that I'm very familiar with GVA. Having worked a ski season some years ago, I've spent many bored hours wandering around waiting for chalet guests to arrive. However, one may only arrive on international flights into the Swiss sector so I never saw the French side.
- Do BA have a check-in desk on the French side?
- How difficult is it to get to the Swiss side to check in if not, or after check-in if they do?
- Can I still reach the lounge if I can't get to the Swiss side?
