So, naturally there's an incentive for BAA to manipulate these queuing time figures. They've been caught doing it before, sounds like they're up to their old tricks!

I didn't know that, but still, there are limits. A system reporting a 40 minute plus queue time as less than 2 minutes is, dare I say it, verging on fraudulent?
