You need the star code on the coupon to give to the agent. Again, the companion ticket is a "special" ticket so the code is put in the computer during the ticketing process which makes the system "give" the special. Additionally, the agents are trained to tell you to mail in the coupons.....but, your ticket is already eticketed before you hang up the phone.
