+1 on the above suggestion. If you're using AdBlockPlus (or AdBlocker-type software... kind of a must when one surfs ad-heavy sites like FT), make sure it's turned off for the delta.com check-in pages... otherwise you won't get the coupon printed out. HOOU gets served up with the ads.
That answers the question why I have NEVER received an HOOU in the last 3 years of being Plat/Gold elite. I dont drink so I never bothered really figuring out why, but I'm rather disappointed to know that I could have used them on snacks!
