Singapore lets you in for transit up to 96 hours if you have a non-tourist long term resident visa for AU, UK, US, Canada or NZ in your Indian Passport, and a proof of your outbound flight departing either to India or to the country whose visa you hold, within 96 hours from your entry into SIN.
