I'm guessing you have your BAEC home outside the UK...change the starting point to london, UK and then all the destinations show up...it is a known bug.

Agree with your second point about reward flight availability being untrue...have also found several times that the dates show availability but when you go to the next stage it states that you need to choose another date...someone else has just booked or you changed the number of pax...neither of which is true...again a bug..but not sure if BA is aware of it.

Please BA get this sorted soon.
