I'm also finding this to be challenging. The 'explore availability' page will not show me any destination, in any month, in any zone, other than 7 in the UK. Most annoying. What am I doing wrong? Clicking on desirable destinations on the Continent or making entries in the 'quick city search' box gets me nowhere. What's more, the availability page is clearly lying. Checking flights for PHX-LHR for April 2012, for example, that page shows great availability; but when one goes to 'book flights', there are very few actual dates available for redemption.
