I love my Emeril 8in frying pan. It is perfect pan for eggs. It has an easy slope in the pan which is great for flipping eggs. I got it at the WS outlet for a little over $12.

I have had it for about 3 years and make eggs every Saturday morning and nothing ever sticks in these pans!
