Thanks for the kind words from all of you. Well, the AA service is OK (no SJU or BOS service), I already met the Admirals Club folks while passing through for interviews, and the winters are SNOWY = delays, but for the important news:

It was my first choice, and I'm only one of two brand new housestaff in Internal Medicine - International Health at Case Western/MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

So here's to getting to know Cleveland and hopefully finding a place to live over the next few weeks won't be too terribely bad.
