Busy enough, especially down the back. I'm not aware of the 767s having an upper deck

I'm not aware of any discounts being offered on seat selection fees, but you won't be able to sit together on the plane anyhow as there aren't any rows of 3. Remember that the EF seats are set back a bit from the corresponding row of the AB/JK seats.
